Join a three-day pranayama workshop series, where we dive into the art and power of breathing.

Through guided sessions, you will be introduced to pranayama techniques focusing on rhythm, control, and breath pauses that can create calmness and depth in the mind and body, and we will look at the role breathing plays in yoga practice.

If you have never done yoga with me or another Iyengar yoga teacher, this is not the optimal place to start. Write to me if you are in doubt.

- Saturday, November 14: 09:30-11:30

- Sunday, November 15: 10:00-12:00

- The teaching is conducted in Danish with the possibility of English if there are non-Danish speaking participants.

- Remember to bring your own yoga mat and preferably a blanket.

- Please arrive 5 minutes before the class starts.
