Backcare - 2 day workshop

Join this strengthening and relaxing weekend workshop for your back!

The workshop is for everyone – both for you who experience tension or mild pain in the back and lower back, and for you who want to strengthen and prevent issues in the area. 

Everyone can have a healthier back and spine – the channel of life force! Healthy spine = happy life!

We work with methodical Iyengar yoga sequences for back care, creating space, stability, and ease in the spine. Through precise postures, gentle twists, and relaxing sequences, we will reduce tension, improve mobility, and create back comfort and vitality.

PROGRAM

• Saturday, May 9th: 09:30–11:30

• Sunday, May 10th: 10:00–12:00

• If you wish to use credits, the days can be booked individually on the drop-in schedule

Yoga is a unique tool for both strength and depth, and you don’t have to travel far to experience it. The weekend gives you the opportunity to restore balance in your back, shoulders, and posture, so you leave with greater freedom, better body awareness, and concrete tools to take care of your back in everyday life.

• The instruction will be in Danish with the possibility of English if there are non-Danish speaking participants.

• Remember to bring your own yoga mat.

• Please arrive 5 minutes before the class starts.
