In the midst of summer’s light and warmth, I invite you to a weekend where you can slow down and reconnect with your body. At the same time, we kick off the season – a great way to begin August before everyday life really takes hold again.
Over three days, you’ll get a total of 6 hours of yoga – an opportunity to release tension, calm the nervous system, and rebuild energy. The practice is both calming, energizing, and centering.
We work with a balanced approach, combining supportive postures and more active sequences that strengthen and open the body. The teaching is thorough and adapted so everyone can join in – both new and experienced students.

A city retreat offers the chance to go deeper without having to travel away. You step into a space where there is time to land, feel, and rediscover balance – right in the middle of the city.
