I will guide you through gentle and restorative yoga that helps you release tension, find inner silence, and restore balance. We will conclude with a meditation that brings together body, breath, and mind.
You will leave the studio with more calm, clarity, and a heart filled with joy.
Everyone is welcome.

The workshop lasts about 2 hours.
If there are no Danish-speaking students, the instruction will be in English.
Bring your own mat.
Please arrive 5 minutes before the start.
