This workshop is for you if you experience stress, mental fatigue, busyness, or unease – or if you desire more calm and inner clarity.
Through a combination of supported postures, calm sequences, and more active exercises, we work on releasing stress and creating clarity in both body and mind. The calm practice provides an opportunity to release tension and recuperate, while the more active elements contribute to energy, stability, and inner overview.
The weekend allows for immersion and recovery.
