Backbends can both strengthen the body, open the chest, and provide energy. In this workshop, we will systematically work from the foundation and gradually build up to stronger backbends.
We create space in the shoulders and chest, strengthen the back, and use breath to connect grounding with openness. The workshop is for you if you want to delve into backbends and experience how strength and ease can go hand in hand.
If you want to pay with passes, you do so on the drop-in form.

The teaching takes place in our cozy yoga studio, Yoga by the Lakes, located at Nørrebrogade 5, in the back house to the left on the 1st floor.

GENERAL INFORMATION
- The workshop lasts about 2 hours. If there are no Danish-speaking participants, the instruction will be in English.
- Please bring your own yoga mat.
- Please arrive 5 minutes before the workshop starts to ensure a calm beginning.
