
Description: Keep your yoga practice alive this summer with my new online course, created based on the foundation of yoga philosophy, the five Yamas.
Course Content: Over five weeks, you will explore each of the five Yamas through a series of guided videos, available from June 28 to September 1.
Price: 650,- / Early bird: 499,- for registrations before June 15.
My focus is on making it easy for you to maintain your practice, no matter where in the world you are.
The sequences are short, and everything is very manageable, based on the thought that it is better to do a little yoga a couple of times a week than not to do anything at all.

Introduction to each Yama with a short meditation.
Two videos per week with a duration of between 15 and 20 minutes each: one active and one more calming sequence.
The opportunity to repeat the sequences multiple times a week to tailor your practice to your needs.

To participate, you need 2 blocks, 1 belt, and a yoga mat.
