Payment
Lasse Flintholm Yoga accepts payment via VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, Bank Transfer. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the goods are dispatched. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and including VAT.

Purchase of punch cards, courses, events, drop-in yoga can only be made through a personal profile in the system.

Punch Cards
Punch cards must be used within 365 days. The card is activated on the day you purchase it. If you are unable to attend a class, remember to cancel at least 4 hours before the class starts. Otherwise, we will automatically deduct a punch from your card. You cancel yourself via your profile. The punch card is personal, and therefore you cannot share it with your friends. 

Retreats

I am a member of Travel Guarantee Fund, and according to their rules, yoga retreats are classified as “package trips.” This means that participants cannot prepay for their trip.

Therefore, payment takes place in two installments:
1st installment: 1 kr. (upon registration)
2nd installment: The full amount of the retreat will be automatically deducted the day before departure.

Your registration is binding. If you are prevented from attending and cancel at least 10 days before departure, a cancellation fee of 2,000 kr. will be charged, and the 2nd installment will not be deducted. 
If you cancel less than 10 days before departure, the full amount will be deducted.

By registering, you accept these terms.

Your Responsibility
You participate in the classes at your own risk, and Lasse Flintholm Yoga cannot be held liable or responsible for any injuries you may incur.  

Lost items will be stored in the studio for a maximum of 14 days.

Personal Data
Personal data includes all kinds of information that can, to some extent, be attributed to you. When you use the website, a number of such information is collected and processed. This occurs, for example, by general access to content, if you subscribe to our newsletter, participate in competitions or surveys, register as a user, or purchase a membership, punch card, and similar. The collection typically processes the following types of information: A unique ID and technical details about your computer, tablet, or mobile phone, your IP number, geographical location, as well as which pages you click on (interests). To the extent that you explicitly give consent to this and enter the information yourself, the following will also be processed: Name, phone number, email, address, and payment information. This typically happens in connection with creating a login or making a purchase. 

Purpose
Your personal information is used to manage your membership and to provide you with value through the best training experiences. Your data is used, among other things, so our membership system can recognize you as a member in our systems and give you an easy and clear overview of your training history. Additionally, we use your information for profiling to gain insight into our members' training needs. In this way, marketing can be targeted to you – and thus ensure that you receive relevant offers and information that match you and your interests. 

Cookies
The website uses cookies, which are text files stored on your computer, mobile, or similar for the purpose of recognizing it, remembering settings, performing statistics, and targeting advertisements. Cookies cannot contain harmful code such as viruses. Data storage: The information is stored for the duration permitted by law, and we delete them when they are no longer necessary. The period depends on the nature of the information and the reason for storage. Therefore, it is not possible to provide a general timeframe for when the information is deleted. 

Security
I have taken technical and organizational measures to prevent your information from being accidentally or unlawfully deleted, published, lost, degraded, or accessed by unauthorized persons, misused, or otherwise processed in violation of the law.

Disclosure of Information
‍We use a number of third parties for the storage and processing of data. They only process information on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes. Disclosure of personal data such as name and email, etc., will only occur if you give consent to it. We only use data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection and only if these data processors comply with the EU's rules on personal data protection (GDPR). 

Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing courses and punch cards, there is a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase.  

Insight
You have the right to know what personal information we process about you. You can also object at any time to that information being used. You can also withdraw your consent for information about you to be processed. If the information processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted.
