Yoga Fundamentals
Welcome to Yoga Fundamentals – here we create the foundation for your yoga practice, or strengthen and refine the foundation you already have.
We work with the basic poses at a calm and structured pace, so both beginners and experienced practitioners can immerse themselves in the technique and find the balance between body and mind.
Through attention and precision, we create stability, strength, and peace – and allow the nervous system to calm down through conscious movement and breath.
Practical information:
- If there are no Danish-speaking students, classes will be taught in English.
- Bring your own yoga mat. If you don't have one, you can borrow one the first time.
- Are you a student or unemployed? Send an email to hello@lasse.yoga and get a 20% discount.
- When we take a break, you will receive an online sequence so you don't miss out on your yoga!
Unable to attend class:
If you are unable to attend, you can cancel your class and participate in one of my many other classes (within the course period plus 6 days). You can do this on the drop-in schedule after signing up!
