Gentle Yoga
Wednesdays 15:30-16:45
A practice that restores your inner peace and soothes the nervous system.
In this calm yoga class, the focus is on you as a participant and your needs. I adapt the teaching to those who are present, and the class is smaller so there is time and space for everyone.
We work on relaxing, strengthening, and creating calm in the body – at a pace where everyone can join in.
What can you expect:
Through simple, gentle yoga poses, we move the body with attention and respect. We work on strength, mobility, and gentle stretches, and each class ends with relaxation to soothe the nervous system and create inner peace.
Practical information:
– Please bring your own yoga mat. If you don't have one, you can borrow one the first time.
Unable to attend class:
If you are unable to attend, you can cancel your registration and join one of my other classes (within the course period plus 6 days). You can cancel via the drop-in form after registration.
You are welcome – whether you are new to yoga, have injuries, stress, or just need a gentle start to the day.
