Welcome to my yoga classes for men – these classes are tailored for you, who wish to strengthen both body and mind through yoga. Everyone can join!
All men, regardless of flexibility level and experience with yoga, are warmly welcome!
We focus on improving strength, flexibility, and mental clarity through targeted yoga exercises that suit men's physical and mental needs.
What can you expect:
We work with dynamic asanas (yoga exercises) that help reduce stress, improve focus, and strengthen the body.
Practical information:
- If there are no Danish-speaking students, the lessons will be taught in English.
- Bring your own yoga mat. If you don't have one, you can borrow one the first time.
- Are you a student or unemployed? Send an email to hello@lasse.yoga and get a 20% discount.
Unable to attend class:
If you are unable to attend, you can cancel and participate in one of my other classes (within the course period plus 6 days). You can do this on the drop-in schedule after registration!
