Then join my introductory event at Yoga ved Søerne, where we start from the very basics with the fundamental yoga poses. This class is perfect for you if you have never done yoga before and want to see if it's for you! And it's perfect for you if you want to get started again after a longer break!
Regardless of your level, you will learn to move with awareness and create a solid foundation for your yoga journey. Take the first step towards a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.
