This class is perfect for you if you have never done yoga before and want to see if it is for you! And it is perfect for you if you want to get started again after a longer break!
Regardless of your level, you will learn to move with awareness and create a solid foundation for your yoga journey. Take the first step towards a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.
