However, if you want to book Intermediate or Advanced Yoga, please write to me beforehand — these classes are for those with a bit more experience on the mat, and I will gladly help you assess if you are ready.
With my Intro and Welcome Offer, you can come and try my teaching completely without obligation, and see if it's for you!
There are periodic "Start to yoga - a good beginning" - classes. See them here.
If they don't fit your schedule, just come to a class when it suits you!
