Welcome to Flow! This class is for you if you are looking for a dynamic and powerful yoga practice focused on movement, strength, and concentration.
What can you expect:
The session consists of energetic asanas in flowing sequences inspired by the classic sun salutations. We work with tempo and rhythm to strengthen the body, improve flexibility, and create mental clarity. You will raise your heart rate and clear your mind – a perfect transition from workday to evening.
Practical information:
* The class is held on Wednesdays from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
* If there are no Danish-speaking students, the instruction will be in English.
* Bring your own yoga mat. If you do not have one, you can borrow one the first time.
* Are you a student or unemployed? Send an email to hello@lasse.yoga and get a 20% discount.
Prevented from coming?
If you are unable to attend, you can cancel your registration and join one of my other classes (within the course period plus 6 days). You can do this via the drop-in form after registration.
