An open class for EVERYONE and a great place to start – for both beginners and experienced
Yoga Fundamentals with Christine
This class is taught by my skilled and competent colleague Christine. Christine is also a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher.
This program is tailored for you if you want to establish a consistent and stable yoga practice and may still be new to yoga. This is the perfect place to start if you cannot join an intro class!
With basic yoga exercises, we work on restoring balance between body and mind and calming your nervous system.
Practical information:
- If there are no Danish-speaking students, classes will be taught in English.
- Bring your own yoga mat. If you don’t have one, you can borrow one the first time.
- Are you a student or unemployed? Send an email to hello@lasse.yoga and receive a 20% discount.
Unable to attend class:
If you are unable to attend, you can unsubscribe from the class and join one of my many other classes (within the duration of the program plus 6 days). You can do this on the drop-in schedule after registration!
