Start (or restart) to yoga - a good beginning
Welcome to my introductory yoga class – everyone is welcome regardless of body type, age, or previous injuries. This is the perfect place to start your yoga journey!
What you can expect:
- Strengthening body and mind: You will experience how yoga can strengthen both your body and mind through simple, yet effective exercises.
- Improved flexibility: We will work with gentle stretches that gradually increase your flexibility and range of motion.
- Relaxation and well-being: Each session concludes with a deep relaxation that helps you find peace and balance in your daily life.
Practical information:
- If there are no Danish-speaking students, the class will be taught in English.
- Bring your own yoga mat. If you do not have one, you can borrow one the first time.
