Private sessions are a safe and personal way to begin – ideal if you want individual guidance, or if you have injuries or challenges in your back, knees, shoulders, hips, or other places in your body.
Private instruction is about trust, presence, and quality – you meet me where you are.
Send me an email, and together we will find the course that suits you best.
Reconnect and create a greater degree of balance, just when it suits you. New videos will be added regularly!
If you wish to store your yoga mat in the studio, you can rent a dedicated spot.
Price:
30 kr. per month – paid for 6 months at a time
(180 kr. will be charged at a time for 6 months)
Dimensions:
Your mat may measure a maximum of 60 x 180 x 5 cm and there may not be clothing in your bag.
Labeling:
Clearly write your name on the mat with a permanent marker
The agreement will automatically renew every 6 months, unless you cancel it yourself. You are responsible for canceling the agreement if you no longer wish to use the spot.
