Practical information:

• You only need 2 blocks and 1 strap.

• If you cannot join live, you will automatically receive a recording after the class. The recording is available for 7 days, so you can take the class whenever it suits you.

• When you sign up for the class on the drop-in schedule, you will receive a link to the class in your email at least 60 minutes before the class starts.

• Price: 1 credit

• These classes can be paid with a discount punch card if you do not have credits on your account.
