Practical information:
You only need 2 blocks and 1 belt.
If you sign up for the class, but do not log on live, you will automatically receive a recording afterwards. The recording is valid for 72 hours (3 days), so you can take the class whenever it suits you!
When you sign up for the class on the drop-in schedule, you will receive a link to the class by email no later than 60 minutes before the class starts.
Price: 1 credit
You can pay for these classes with a discount punch card if you do not have credits in your account.
