Private sessions can be ideal if you need special attention to injuries or specific needs regarding, for example, neck, shoulders, lower back, and knees. Individual instruction allows for deeper work on your understanding of both yoga poses and your own body's capabilities.
If you are a small group seeking a tailored yoga experience, I also offer group classes customized to your needs. I create programs for both standalone sessions and longer courses, tailored to you and your goals.
